This all-in-one truck and trailer unit offers a striking and original setting for sports events, roadshows, product launches, private dinners, and more. With LoungeTrailer, you deliver a unique atmosphere while maximizing brand visibility and creating lasting impressions.

Upon arrival, we transform your location into a fully equipped event space of up to 300m².
Our setup includes premium flooring, elegant tent structures, integrated sound system, WiFi hotspot, and dynamic LED lighting — all brought together in a stylish, contemporary lounge design. And to top it off: a rooftop terrace offering a unique vantage point and extra experience for your guests.

Choose the setup that fits your event — from 140m² to 300m², with the option of a 26m² rooftop terrace.
We offer flexible configurations tailored to your needs. Prefer an all-in service? We take care of everything — from on-site catering and live cooking to custom add-ons like live music, entertainment, and more. Let us know your vision, and we’ll make it happen.

Tent:
- Length: 18m
- Width: 18,5m (2 sides) or 10,5m (1 side)
- Height: 3,80m by trailer - 2,2m lowest point at side

Capacity:
- Total Standing: 450 persons
- Total Theater: 380 persons
- Total Diner: 300 persons
- Standing, per side 18m x 8m: 225 persons
- Theater, per side 18m x 8m: 190 persons
- Diner, per side 18m x 8m: 140 persons

Power:
- Generator 220V - 20A max
- Connecting to the powernet requires 3 x 380v - 32A red Eurosocket

Assembly:
- The surface has to be hardened (asphalt, concrete, stone, tiles) and levelled to place the tiles.
- Over the mounting area of 25m x 25m the declination must not exceed 3 degrees.
- The mounting area must be accessable by truck and trailer.
- Assembly will take 3 hours with 3 persons for 1 side, 6 hours with 4 persons for 2 sides
- Disassembly will take 2 hours with 3 persons for 1 side, 4 hours with 4 persons for 2 sides
